Product Knowledge
This pump has a solid ceramic plunger, forged brass manifold and U-sgaoed Buna-N maerial. It is suitable for high load intensity and long service life.The pump is composed of a cast iron cylinder and a forged steel pump head. Both are highly corrosion resistant and have a long service life. It has an epoxy coated aluminum alloy body, which enhances the corrosion resistance. The valve seat is made of stainless steel, offering excellent sealing performance at high temperatures. For the plunger material, ceramic is used for its long service life, good heat dissipation effect and easy maintenance. Under this condition, it can resist heat up to 600 ℃
Our 200bar Pressure Triplex water jet blasting pump JPB-C1520 has a pressure gauge so that you can easily monitor the pressure going through your system. To protect the equipment from high pressure, it's fitted with a safety valve. In addition, our pump uses ceramic plungers and aluminum alloy rods for increased durability and strength, allowing it to withstand a variety of harsh environments.
The pump is mainly used for water pressure blasting and sandblasting machine(including power generation, chemical industry, steelmaking, construction, transportation ,shipping,water conservancy and other industries.), the pump can also be used for fire fighting system or use in mines.The product has good cost performance ratio at the same time with high reliability
