JPB series triplex plunger pumps can be used in different operating conditions,different materials,included hard and abrasive,high temperature and high pressure etc.They are ideal for transferring different liquid,viscous or solid material.The stems are made of S-20 CoMoAl alloy with good impact toughness,not easy to deform under pressure.Each valve can provide corrosion-free performance and long service life,maximum transfer efficiency and reduced wear;The materials used for the crankcase and other components have been selected according to their excellent properties:superior heat dissipation ability and corrosion resistance property. The High-pressure Triplex plunger pumps 180bar JPB-N0818 is an easy to install and reliable injection pump capable of handling up to 18m/s with a head pressure of 2200m. The rocker design allows for lower RPM operation and higher surge capacity. Its high-pressure and high durability body comes in cast iron, steel or polypropylene.
JPB-N0818 multi-functional high pressure Triplex plunger pump model is a kind of triplex plunger pump. The materials for the seal can be customized according to requirements and different conditions. The three joint rotor with piston system can keep the lubricating oil inside, which achieves the lubrication of the mechanism and disk ring. Adjusting valve is equipped in the suction and discharge piping (optional), it can achieve the automatic control of flow rate or pumping condition. It can be used as continuous filtration equipment, water pump or industrial chemical equipment operating in bodies with corrosive gas environment.
